Two important news for you! This is a real "heat" at the end of winter. What are we talking about? About the fact that on February 24th we will have a gastronomic dinner BEEF: SENSE OF ASIA.

We would like to introduce you to a real master of his craft – Chef Ivan Bulavin, who has recently joined our team.

He will introduce to guests his unique technique of combining products and textures. In each dish you will feel Asia and find out how and why Ivan fantasizes about using Asian products and introducing them into European cuisine. The use of fermentation, modern technologies and a variety of ingredients will not leave even the most demanding gourmets.

The gastro set will consist of 8 courses:

⁃ Foie gras, Sauternes, Amarena cherry.

⁃ Crab, champagne, almonds, caviar.

⁃ Horse meat tartare, smoked eel, Kurt cheese.

⁃ Rabbit liver, smashed cucumbers, truffle sauce.

⁃ Halibut, miso, chocolate, fennel.

⁃ Cod, cancer necks, salicornia.

⁃ Skirt-steak, lemongrass, Sichuan pepper, caogu.

⁃ Scallop, yuzu, pineapple.

Our chef sommelier Alexander Prokhorov has selected wines that will emphasize the taste of each dish of this dinner.
